Safety and Compliance Manager - Installations

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is responsible for all aspects of safety and department of transportation compliance as it relates to Life Fitness Installations (LFI). This individual will develop, maintain and monitor the programs and process' put in place to ensure LFI operates safest and most compliant fleet possible. In addition this individual will be the subject matter expert that manages third party relationships related to safety and compliance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Coordinates with all regional operations to ensure process and procedures are being followed by all DOT regulated employees.

Ensures all regional operations have the proper training and materials necessary to conduct business in a safe, compliant and professional manor.

Manage all related third-party relationships related to safety and compliance.

Establish and lead a safety team that is focused on ensuring we have an accident and injury free work place.

Administer all corrective behavior actions related to DOT compliance and safety.

Act as liaison with local, state and federal agencies that inquire access to records or ingage at point of infraction.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).

3 to 5 years experience in safety and compliance.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

BA/BS required.
