The New Release, LP is a start up company that is the nation’s largest owner and operator of $1/day DVD rental kiosks. We serve thousands of customers each month and are currently planning an aggressive expansion. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual with hands-on experience with growing a small team business and who understands the challenges of a star up.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The Opportunity -
The candidate we seek will be responsible for kiosk service and maintenance, supervision of DVD merchandising, marketing and relationship building with store management. Your job duties will include, but not be limited to, the following activities:
•Installing, servicing, repairing and troubleshooting electronic and mechanized kiosks on site.
•Troubleshooting and repairing system components requiring in-depth knowledge and understanding of company’s kiosks
•Responsible for hiring and managing employees, contractors and 3rd party individuals
•Developing and maintaining strong organizational relationships with store management
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications –
•Associate’s degree
•2+ years in a field management capacity
•Proficient computer skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Strong organizational skills
•Reliable transportation
