SERVICE AND REPAIR MANAGER

SUMMARY: Successful candidate must possess knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, service methods, and coordination of people and resources.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee those personnel processes.•Monitor and direct employees and vendors to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.•Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.•Review activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.•Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with management and staff members as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•3 years of previous management and field service experience
