National real estate firm has immediate opening for a Route Service Technician in the Houston area.

Candidate shall be:
Knowledgeable in general building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and tenant relations.
A minimum of 2 years experience with office building maintenance and a Texas Driver’s License with clean record required.
Universal CFC, Maintenance Electrician’s License a plus.
Company truck / tools provided.
