Johnny On The Spot, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for our
Route Driver Position.

Professional Route Drivers are self-motivated, punctual, and assume responsibility for their routes. Our best route drivers get tremendous satisfaction from knowing each of their stops well enough to initiate needed changes, alter order of completion, and move through each route comfortably, knowing the best spots for lunch.

Our tenured Managers and Region Leaders co-work with route drivers toward common goals: consistency, efficiency, excellent truck care, 100% customer satisfaction and safety awareness.

Quarterly evaluations offer $.25 hourly raises for drivers accomplishing all of these goals, in addition to several pre-scheduled raises. There are excellent opportunities for route drivers to advance to higher levels, which include covering absent drivers (scratch work) and region leadership.

Each driver is assigned four different weekly routes (all within the same region of New Jersey). The complete servicing of each portable restroom ranges between 5-10 minutes, during what is primarily a driving day. Unit relocation, pick-up, and delivery are also primary responsibilities of route drivers.
