Career Building Opportunity:


Our company is R&M Installations, Inc. We are independent contractors and we install residential replacement doors and windows from 10 Lowe's Stores in the Ft. Worth area.

We are looking for skilled, experienced installers that can be independent subcontractors. The job pays well, but requires going the extra mile for the customers. We set things up to make it simple for a sub-contractor to start making a lot of money as soon as possible.


We do the estimates, scheduling and billing:

Basically, we schedule for our installers 1- 2 weeks in advance. Then we fax you the jobs accompanied with the estimates daily. Next, you go to the stores and pick up the doors and/or windows with materials, bring them to the job-site and install them. Then get the customers signature on completion form and haul off the old doors/windows, and clean up job site. You're responsible to haul debris to dump or land fill or retain a dumpster.


Normally, we do all the estimates, but if you can do your own estimates as well, your benefits are increased.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
Must be personable to store personnel and residential customers
with a calm temperament.

Must pass background check.

Must have own truck and tools.

Delivery and haul-away are necessary for each job.

Fax-machine and cell phone are an essential part of communication
