Repair Technician Level 1



Required Skills/Background


1. Completion of Vocational Training, Military Schooling or equivalent in a technical field.


2. Prior experience in a Customer Service environment a plus.


3. Applicant must have good Communication Skills and a self-starter.


4. Reading, Writing, Basic Arithmetic, PC and Word Processing Skills (MS Office)


5. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.



Primary Responsibility


This is a fast paced environment where detail and accuracy are priority. The position involves receiving and logging in of repair units, completing quality checks on repaired units, basic troubleshooting of RF locating units, tracking customer paperwork using a database or with other given information, calling customer estimates, and answering customer calls in between responsibilities.



Primary Job Assignments:


1. Answer Phones when needed


2. Receive incoming repairs


3. Process estimate paperwork


4. Customer follow up as necessary
