Removal Coordinator

REMOVAL TECHNICIANOverview:The Removal Technician is responsible for all of the removal of commercial sound systems, audio, video, drive-thru and CCTV security equipment from businesses.Key Accountabilities: Removes all types of commercial audio, video and satellite systems.
Applies technical knowledge of electronics principles in determining appropriate approach.
Responds to requests for removal in a timely manner.
Uses good customer service skills.
Completely fills out and submits all client paperwork.Skills:A Removal Technician candidate should poses good customer service skills, an attention to detail and the ability to multi task. In addition, the candidate must be able to take on tasks with very little supervision, exercise independent judgment in performing such tasks and complete them in a quick and efficient manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. Experience working with Bose commercial sound systems is a plus. PC proficient is preferred.Muzak, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
