Regional Manager - Southwest Region

SUMMARY Responsible for all administration and operations for several offices in a specific region. Including, but not limited to profitability, customer service/satisfaction, recruiting, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Directs P&L responsibilities for regional departments.

Responsible for achieving regional installation goals.

Participates in development of fiscal budgets.

Manages and develops new business opportunities and strategies.

Oversees hiring, training and recruiting needs.

Provides daily leadership to employees within the regional departments.

Responsible for promoting installation and repair services directly to retailers and consumers.

Complies with management reporting and communications as requested.

Travels to meet with prospective clients, customers, local service centers and attend company meetings, as required.

Ensure 100% customer/consumer satisfaction.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages subordinate professionals. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance appraisals including creation and implementation of improvement action plans.




job Requirements


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and five plus years related experience, 2 years supervisory/management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

SKILLS
Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff. Competencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Flexible, innovative and the ability to manage staff, responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
