Region Repair Specialist

Their products deliver pressure relief, pulmonary care, bariatric care, circulatory improvement and chronic wound closure to patients in all-care setting.We currently have an opening for a Region Repair Specialist. Responsible for providing regional leadership for complex and simple frame repair. Responsible for managing, approving, allocating and tracking cyclic inventories and emergency requests for controlled parts. Responsible for managing and tracking down frames, and developing and implementing programs supporting/reinforcing corporate repair programs. Support and facilitate training for repair and multi-function Service Consultants.Major Responsibilities and Duties:1. Responsible for providing leadership and training to service repair personnel in his/her service region consistent with company policy.2. Develops, implements and coordinates repair of assets in the region.
3. Develops and implements assessment tools to ensure the highest possible quality of assets through repair and maintenance within the service centers in his/her respective region.
4. Manages down assets and repair parts through accurate and continuous conveyance of information and training regarding troubleshooting and repair procedures.5. Serves as regional repair liaison to promote effective communication and cooperation between Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Regional Customer Service Managers and Regional Specialized Repair personnel to create the most efficient and effective repair process.
6. Participates in any and all reasonable work activities as deemed appropriate and assigned by management
7. Successful completion of all designated training programs for this position
8. Conforms to, supports and adheres to all company policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications:1.High school graduate or equivalent
2.Electronics and electrical assembly training and/or certifications highly desired
3.3 years experience working with repair and maintenance of electrical equipment a must
4.2 years process management experience
5.Must meet all Service Consultant requirements6.Must have strong mechanical and problem-solving skills--aptitude must be demonstrated
7.Ability to perform essential functions of the position and pass physical functional testing as required
8.Ability to manage change and multiple priorities
9.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written format
10.Ability to operate independently and efficiently without supervision11.Ability to deal effectively with employees and business contacts and convey a positive service oriented attitude12.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all business dealings
13.Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and corporate functions when required
14.Ability to engage in self-appraisal and continuous learning
15.Intermediate computer skills
