Refrigeration Mechanic

The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing all building systems, HVAC equipment, refrigeration system, dock doors and ramps, sprinkler system, the roof and all electrical services. This role will function as a team member within the department and cross-functions, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
REQUIREMENTS
Education Requirements
-Minimum of three years of mechanical experience.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment and Conditions
-Ability to maintain a moderate level of visual attention and mental concentration for significant periods of time as required by preparing and analyzing data, figures, computer terminals, etc.
-Ability to manipulate necessary office equipment, computer software, hardware and equipment.
-Ability to perform the following physical activities: climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, fingering, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
-The majority of the work occurs within an internal office environment.
-Occasional work will occur in a setting where temperatures may vary.
-Work is classified as medium with the requirements of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
