REPAIR STATION MANAGER

NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

Management of Aviation Repair Station in Newark and JFK airports area. Directly in charge of maintenance functions of aviation repair stations in NJ and NY areas.

Inventory management including inventory levels, purchasing, security and controlling values. Provide adequate personnel based on workload, provide certified inspection personnel, interact with other station managers at various locations.

Create and maintain positive and suitable working environment. Interaction with corporate accounting dept. and human resources.

Establish and maintain good working relations with vendors and customers.

Develop cost savings and efficiency programs.

Liaison between corporate headquarters and repair station employees.
Hiring and terminations, maintain P/L, ensure compliance with all local, state and federal guidelines and requirements. Establish and maintain in-house safety program. Equipment,tool and truck maintenance.

MUST BE CERTIFIED UNDER 14 CFR PART 65
Most travel is locally between NY and NJ, occasional air travel.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE CERTFIED UNDER 14 CFR PART 65.
Must have minimum of 5 years aviation experience.
Must have minimum of 5 years management/supervisory experience.
