Conversion Programmer/Analyst – (Bank Software Conversions)
•Seeking Programmer/Analyst for bank software conversion programming
•Knowledge of relational database design and programming concepts required
•Experience with SQL, Unix, C++ or 4GL (Progress) beneficial
•Banking or Accounting knowledge a plus
Customer Services Rep. – (Bank Software Support)
•Customer service-oriented professional to train and consult with bank personnel on operation of banking software for service center banks
•Provide telephone support
•Previous experience with bank application software a plus
Software Services Rep. – (Internet Banking Software)
•Software professional to install, support and train bank personnel on the installation/operation of internet banking software
•Travel to customer/bank sites may be required
•Strong PC/Windows and/or UNIX background a plus; financial experience beneficial
Installation Services Rep. – (Bank Software Installation)
•Software installation representative to install banking software
•Train and consult with bank personnel on the operation of banking software
•Test and transfer bank information to our software
•Travel to customer/bank sites necessary
•Banking experience strongly recommended
Systems Services Rep. – (Computer Hardware Support)
•Computer hardware support professional to troubleshoot system problems over the phone
•PC, UNIX, PC software, information systems, networking and/or data communications experience helpful
•Install operating system software
•Team player
