Plant Foreman--Boiler Experience

Primary Function:
Supervise a team of skilled trade employees. Maximize employee and machine efficiency. Resolve employee relations issues.

Responsibilities:

• Motivating and supervising employees in their daily work activities.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Resolve employee relations issues.
• Conduct training concerning safety, production, product concerns and proper policy enforcement. (CGMP, QA/QC, Company values, etc.)

• 5-8+ years of experience in the skilled trades - troubleshooting and maintaining boilers, turbines and related equipment.
• Supervisor experience in a Union environment preferred
• Strong leadership skills.
• Computer literacy
• Good math and English language skills.
