REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct CSR reviews (Desk Audits).
2. Establish and update policies and procedures for audits.3. Assist pharmacies with questions pertaining to audits.4. Assist with audit programsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of medications on the market and their pharmacology.2. Knowledge of PBM operations.3. Written/oral communication skills.4. Problem solving5. Computer skills with experience with Access, Word, Excel.6. Telephone etiquette.
Credentials and Experience:
1. Pharmacy Technician License.2. Minimum 1 year retail pharmacy experience.
Special Requirements:
1. Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by management.2. Attend meetings as deemed necessary by management.
