At Optus, our techs are responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining telecommunications equipment. The techs will provide reports, complete request for new service, determines methodology for installing telephone service, determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications, call switches, test trunks, test links and installs communication circuits.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must have 4-5 years of PBX experience or telephone key and NEC, Nortel, Nortel Option 11, 61 & 81. Applicant must be able to present current certifications. Previous experience on NEC Key & PBX, Voicemail and Nortel Key. Previous experience on NEC Key & PBX, Voicemail and Nortel Key. BICSI Certification preferred but not required.
