OIL FIELD HEAVY EQUIPMENT MECHANICS

Purpose: ********* HEAVY EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY MECHANICS **********

COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Very large, Nationwide, Oil Field Stimulation Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Company. Located in Northwest Houston, work areas are very clean, big on safety, and teamwork is a must.

MECHANIC DESCRIPTION:

MECHANIC C: mechanical inclined, READ blue prints, has a good knowledge of tools and has OWN TOOLS, and has some OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE. Assist other Mechanics and able to work in a crew environment. $13/hr - $14/hr

MECHANIC B: KNOWS blue prints/schematics, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about TOOLS and has FULL BOX, requires very little direction, has 3 to 5 years OIL AND GAS EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE. $15/hr with increases based on performance.

MECHANIC A: all of the above, plus OIL AND GAS ASSEMBLY FIELD EXPERIANCE. $16/hr - $18/hr with increases based on performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION: MECHANICAL ASSMEBLY WORK, you will assemble, install, and test different small to large parts; pipes, rails, hoses, engines, motors, pumps, system control boxes, valves, etc.



***** OIL FIELD ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE, OWN TOOLS, READ, WRITE Blue Prints/Schematics, identify parts, running a JIB, OVERHEAD CRANE, and forklift is a HUGE plus. *****

LOCATION: Northwest Houston

SHIFT: 1st Shift 6am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, 1/2 day on Saturdays. 2nd Shift 4:30pm 2:00am, Monday to Friday, 1/2 day on Saturdays.
*** $1.00 increase on starting pay for working on the 2nd Shift. ***
