50% Working on the planning and coordination of employee office moves. Working with Facilities department, end users, and external vendors to coordinate timing, staffing and equipment.

30%Perform software configuration of phones, voicemail, and associated systems. Review customer requests for advanced features and build voice menus or routing tables accordingly.

10%Database management - create and update computer asset and printer records. Update and assign requests through the internal incident management system.

10%Provide first level support in troubleshooting phones and network connectivity issues.Job Requirements
This position is for a MAC Coordinator at Boston Scientific in Maple Grove. The right candidate will possess experience with Nortel PBX and Octel Voice Mail features. Knowledge of Voice and Data cabling procedures and standards, and experience with PBX front end configuration applications is a plus. Would like candidate to have strong project management skills, experience with Microsoft operating systems, pc hardware, MS-Office suite of applications, familiarity with LAN/WAN network topology, experience with PBX and LAN station cross-connect and patching procedures, experience with NT networks and TCP/IP. Customer service skills and experience are desired. Must be flexible and enjoy working as part of a team. Persistent and resourceful. Experience working with incident tracking systems, and software drawing packages (ie.AutoCad, Visio) Position is a 4 month contract with possibility of being hired on full time early 2007. Hours are 8am-5pm M-F and start date is immediate.
