Mold Process Technician

Growing Northern Central Mass injection molded plastics manufacture of disposable medical products and components seeking a candidate for Mold Technician position. Responsible for timely mold changes, start-ups and clean ups.
The qualified candidate must possess proven capabilities to troubleshoot and correct injection molding process issues. Involvement in identifying labor and mold inefficiencies. Improving productivity through monitoring mold performance and ensuring availability to meet production schedule. Responsible to train assistant technicians. Support the completion of mold reports,PM records.
This position reports to the Senior Mold Technician, Individual must have 3-5 years industry experience and possess multi tasking skills, to be able to proficiently deal with customer demands as well as tool/manufacturing challenges.
