Mechanical Senior Project Manager

Senior Mechanical Project Manager with a minimum of (6) to (10)years of commercial, institutional and government experience managing and executing projects over $5M in scope. Individual project experience > $10M would be a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful Senior Mechanical Project Manager will have the following experience for this position:

A minimum of (6) to (10) years of commercial, institutional and government experience managing and executing projects over $5M in scope. Individual project experience > $10M would be a plus. Should have the ability to estimate projects, and to develop both existing and new clients. They should have the ability to lead/mentor/train others in a professional manner without yelling and screaming. An existing Security Clearance would be a plus. This individual will report to the Vice President.

Initially they will be provided an assistant and depending upon experience and growth, the team may grow to include up to (6) project managers. This individual will have full P&L responsibilities; including scheduling; budgets; change orders; RFIs; and all project correspondence etc. A Senior Project Manager is expected to carry a work in progress of ~ $50M.

This individual must be capable of running multiple projects with fast track schedules at the same time and should have an existing track record of success.

They must be a self-starter with a high level of integrity and be relationship driven. Should be motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills and have the qualities of a leader with an integral knowledge of the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will be an immediate impact player.
