MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for troubleshooting all hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical circuits on injection molding machines and secondary support equipment.
Read necessary blueprints as well as mechanical drawings. Interface secondary support equipment with injection molding machines, as well as any necessary fabrication needed to assist or continue production.
REQUIREMENTS
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years working on plastic injection molding machines.
Graduate from COS Maintenance Program or equivalent,
Certified forklift driver.
Experience with AC/DC Electrical theory troubleshooting and repairs – motors and motor controls.
Knowledge and experience with Hydraulic & Pneumatic systems theory, troubleshooting, repairs – pumps, valves, cylinders, motors and hoses.
Experience in bearing maintenance and lubrication.
Must be able to repair, install, adjust and maintain industrial machinery.
Experience in detecting and diagnosing problems, read blueprints and understand technical manuals,
Familiar with PM procedures.
