Manufacturing Engineer

An aerospace company located in Chatsworth, CA, is currently looking for a degreed manufacturing engineer with min. 5 years experience in the aerospace industry. Hands on engineer capable of creating process travelers for complex machined parts and assemblies. Knowledge of hydraulic systems is a plus. Project management and estimating skills are required.

- bachelor degree in engineering
- min 5 years experience in aerospace industry
- ability to create process travelers based on drawings and repair manuals
- knowledge of hydrualic systems is a plus
- project management and shop scheduling expereince
- cost estimation experience
- Computer literate: various engineer programs, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, JobBoss (not required, but a plus)
- Ability to locate qualified vendors a plus
- Excellent communication skill: both to management and shop employees
- Fast learner, self-motivated, adaptable
