Manager/Sales Director & Install Coordinator

An established supplier of quality recreational products for all ages is searching for qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following positions for a distributorship in the Charlotte, North Carolina area:

MANAGER/SALES DIRECTOR:
Outstanding opportunity for a team-oriented individual who combines compassion with intensity, confidence with humility, has a keen sense of humor and enjoys interacting with people.This individual will be responsible for managing all office functions including supervision of employees and have responsibility for overseeing vendor relationships as well as corporate reporting. They will also be responsible for corporate goals, corporate communications, product education, sales channel goal expectations, sales tracking, office policies, participating in trade shows, sales meetings, and telemarketing strategy, managing and motivating a group of sales professionals and will function as part of the Sales Team.Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least five years experience working in a management capacity dealing with sales and distribution of product. In addition, strong communication skills, analytical skills, conflict resolution, people skills and computer literacy are required. Some travel may be required. Must hold contractor's license or be willing to obtain.

Install Coordinator:
Successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who has a construction background and is familiar with site preparation, product assembly, and installation.This individual will be responsible for overseeing the installation process to include delivery of goods, scheduling contractors, site preparation, warehouse management, scheduling installation crews, monitoring community builds, answering installation questions, ensuring transportation of products, and building and grounds maintenance.Candidate must have an installation background and experience with product assembly. In addition, the ability to work in a team environment, good communication skills, ability to read blue prints and industry guidelines; and project management skills are required. Must hold general contractor's license or be willing to obtain.
