Maintenence Mechanic 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who will install, repair and maintain machinery, mechanical and electrical components used in the production equipment. Success in this position will require the following experience:

1. Manually dismantling of defective machines or
electrical components of machinery and equip-
ment by using handheld and pneumatic tools.

2. Layout, measure, cut, threading and install-
ation of new pipes, hoes, valves and manifolds
as necessary.

3. Installation, modification/programming of
automatic machinery and equipment such as
robots or programmable controllers.

4. Read blue prints, ladder logic, electrical,
hydraulic and pneumatic schematics to trouble-
shoot machines.

5. Maintain and support Preventive and Main-
tenance programs for all equipment, including
program design and approval, schedule, meeting
manufacturing schedules and equipment specs.

6. Repairs miscellaneous support equipment such
as gate cutters, conveyor systems, air pumps
and thermolators.
REQUIREMENTS
Two year degree or certificate (Engineering Technology) from a college or technical school. Two to four years related experience in Injection Molding, PLC Programming, Advanced Hydraulics and Electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
