Maintenance Worker

Southwestern Indiana Mental Health Center, Inc. has a full-time position available for an experienced Maintenance Worker. Responsibilities include maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and heating and air conditioning for all Southwestern facilities and equipment.

High School diploma or GED with proven work experience in industrial maintenance and references required. Post secondary degree is a plus. This position requires some knowledge of various trade fundamentals. Must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid drivers license.


Candidates must:
• Work well in a team setting as well as exercise good independent judgment.

• Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to
prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines.

• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism.
