RustOleum is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance team at our Manufacturing facility in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

This person’s main responsibility will be to direct the servicing, maintenance and repair of all Pleasant Prairie equipment, including the planning, scheduling, and budgeting of the work.

Responsibilities
•Maintenance support for installation of new equipment and facilities, including overseeing construction activities
•Select, train, develop and supervise the PP maintenance staff.
•Assist in establishing performance standards and setting department objectives
•Implementation of maintenance programs such as: PM, CMMS and Reliability Centered Maintenance
•Maintenance support of project planning for equipment and building upgrades/modifications.
•Lead person for the ERT (Emergency Response Team).This includes providing for the training of ERT members, ensuring proper equipment is available to address incidents and coordinating the plant’s response to incidents.
REQUIREMENTS
•Two year associate degree in a technical/engineering field
•7-10 years of plant maintenance experience
•3-5 years of supervisory experience
•Experience in electrical, mechanical, construction and process engineering
•Knowledge of building codes and OSHA regulations
•Working knowledge of all processes and equipment at PP
•Be familiar with computer based Maintenance Management Systems
•Be familiar with Reliability Centered Maintenance concepts
•Experience with computers, hazardous waste, recycling
