Maintenance Supervisor (2 Openings)

The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of 2 Maintenance Supervisors
for a Large Food/Beverage Manufacturing Facility located in IA. There is
an opening for 2nd shift and the other for 3rd shift. The Hours/Shifts run
2-10:30-5 days Mon through Friday for 2nd shift and 3rd shift runs from
10:00 to 6:30 a.m. same days. This is a union plant with the incumbent
reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. Currently seeking someone
with packaging and processing maintenance experience. 365 people in the
plant. Supervising 11-15 people combination of electricians and mechanics.
Bonus eligible based on plant performance and eligible for overtime. 3%
bonus payout average over the last few years. This position is offering a

Qualified Candidates for the Maintenance Supervisor position MUST HAVE at
least 2-4 years of previous Maintenance Supervisory experience within a
Food/Beverage/Consumer Goods Manufacturing Facility with direct experience
troubleshooting Packaging and Processing Equipment. Individuals with
Bottling experience are highly desired and will receive first
