We currently have an opening for a Maintenance Operations Manager based in Tennessee. In this position you will travel extensively in the Midwest or southeast region of the country for a 3-12 month time period, within this time frame you will be permanently assigned a location to continue directing and managing the maintenance employee activities within our customers facility. Other responsibilities will include developing plans, programs, budgets and infrastructure to support the customers and employees and ensures implementation and successful results. Provides total support to the employees to ensure ATS objectives are met to include customer and employee satisfaction, financial, and revenue growth. Provides tools and resources to employees to achieve maximum performance and results.



Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for site P&L's within site, forecasts and budgets
Develops plans to meet service contract requirements.
Ensures employees and teams meet other corporate objectives to include six sigma, service quality, site excellence and continuous improvements
Provides leadership for all employees and provides the training and career development
Responsible for teams in meeting site and corporate ATS goals
Coordinates employee PE's, hiring, discipline issues, career development and related duties in a timely manner
Provides department reports, charting, internal and external customer presentations
Attends customer meetings and team meetings on a regular basis
Approves and submits required paperwork related to assigned site(s) timely
Works with other departments within ATS to develop and support new business opportunities






Minimum Educational requirement is a Bachelors Degree in a related field
Strong Communication and leadership skills.
Must have proven track record of success in a fast paced work environment
5-10 years minimum experience in manufacturing management or project management
Strong computer skills
People development experience
Must have valid drivers license.
Must relocate
