Maintenance Mechanic A / Carpenter

This position requires a carpentry specialist. The carpenter participates at a skilled craft level in the construction, renovation, maintenance and repair of structures, dwelling units, fixtures, fences and furnishings. Personnel in this position must have the ability to perform a wide range of carpentry related tasks rough and finished which include repair of cabinets, cabinet tops, doors, trim and screens.

Three (3) years experience as a carpenter in the construction industry of building maintenance field. Any combination of experience, education or training that would likely provide the required knowledge is qualifying. Principles, practices, tools, and materials used in the carpentry trade. Work from prints, sketches, and drawings. Lock repair & re-keying. Eligible for coverage under fleet auto insurance.
