Britt Metal Processing is an established FAA Aviation Repair Station (since in 1965) and we are currently looking for motivated individuals to be part of a great team. For the past 35 years Britt Metal Processing has been serving it's customers with the Highest Quality Aviation Part Repairs in the industry. In 1985 Britt Metal Processing moved to its current facility at 15800 Northwest 49th Avenue in Miami, Florida. This 35,500 square foot building was custom designed expressly for the purpose of aircraft engine parts repair.

We offer a 4 day work week (10 hour shifts) with 3 day weekends. Company paid health and life insurance, as well as paid holidays and vacation time. Employees have the opportunity to participate in a 401K plan and purchase Dental and Short/Long Term Disability insurance.
REQUIREMENTS
Current Job Openings
Conventional Machinist: Lathe and mill experience required; grinding and machine shop experience considered a plus. Written and verbal English skills are required.

CNC Machinist: Able to Set-up & Operate; read CNC Codes. Looking for someone with the ability to finish the program from start to finish. Minimum 3+ years experience. Written and verbal English skills are required.

Maintenance: Must have previous experience repairing shop equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, vacuum ovens, brazing equipment, etc.) Facility has a machine shop, weld, paint, brazing and grinding departments. Employee will assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies (monthly fire extinguisher inspections and monthly emergency exit sign inspections; assisting with scrap metal recycling program, etc.) as well as maintaining all machinery in facility. Must be fluent in English.

Welder: TIG Welding experience; Magnesium, Stainless Steel and Aluminum. GI Certified.
