MILITARY AVIATION SHEETMETAL EXPERTS

Purpose: Aerotek Aviation is searching for a sheetmetal expert in the White Marsh Maryland area (close to Baltimore). The pay is between 20-27 dollars per hour, depending on experience and relevance of the experience to the position described below:

Job Description/Daily Tasks:

-Will be responsible for performing MODIFICATIONS based on engineering specifications to aircraft
-Most of the work performed will be HEAVY STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
-Responsible for the repair, installation, modification, and fabrication of various components and parts
-1st shift work (8:00 ? 3:30), M-F, with limited overtime
-All work is based on military specifications / guidelines
-Will be working on King Air aircraft (C-12) and other turboprop ? medium sized planes

Qualifications:
-Minimum of 10 years HEAVY structural experience
-Previous military realm experience
-Significant experience performing heavy structural repairs
-Posses basic tools (full set not expected)
-MUST HAVE ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE with 5 year update
-Pass pre-employment drug test & background check

Essentially, we are seeking someone with a heavy structural background (preferably from the military) that has significant experience performing either HEAVY or DEPOT level maintenance.
