George Weston Bakeries Inc., producer of Thomas’ English Muffins, Brownberry Breads and other fine quality bakery products, is seeking talented team members to help start-up our new “state-of-the-art” bakery plant in ELKHART, INDIANA. We have openings for the following positions:
MAINTENANCEMECHANICS
Requires a minimum of 2 years experience with strong mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting abilities. The ideal candidates will be those who desire working in a team-based environment, enjoy sharing their expertise, and have experience in high speed production equipment, including but not limited to, power transmissions, variable speed drives, electrical, machine control and PLC’s is desired.
PRODUCTION LINE WORKERS
Will be involved in operating and doing some basic maintenance on bakery equipment in an empowered team-based environment. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
We require all of our candidates to possess a High School diploma or GED. You must be prepared to work weekends, some holidays, and overtime as needed.
The pay for all positions is very competitive.
