Lead Maintenance Mechanic

The Woodbourne Center, a 205 year old JCAHO accredited behavioral health and education agency is seeking a Maintenance Specialist.

Under supervision of Facilities Director, will ensure safe and effective operation of school and other multi-site facilities in Baltimore, MD.

Will perform repairs to electrical, mechanical, plumbing equipment in the most cost effective manner, or consult with service vendors to obtain estimates. Will perform carpentry, painting, and drywall at facility.

REQUIREMENTS
-High School Diploma
-Five years of relevant experience, with skills in one or more of the following: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Carpentry, Latex Paint.
-Experience in JCAHO compliant operations preferred.
-Ability to pass criminal background and drug screen.
