Job Description

1. Install complex, multi-phase, patient monitoring systems in hospital, clinical and related IT environments.
2. Provide technical review of system configurations to ensure viability of system performance.
3. Lead and direct a diverse team of internal and external installation resources.
4. Shares responsibility of successful project completion with the assigned Project Manager.

Preferred Profile

1. Educational Background (must meet one of the below requirements):
Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science disciplines w/2 years experience.
Associates of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science disciplines w/5 years experience.
Greater than 7 years Field Service or BioMed experience in specific Healthcare / IT Technologies.
2. Knowledge of information system technologies as reflected in formal Microsoft or Cisco certifications
3. Extensive knowledge of Patient Monitoring systems as reflected in completion of formal vendor training or hands on experience.
4. Ability to own technical issues through resolution.
5. Leadership with the ability to influence internal and external resources to a stated objective without formal lines of authority.
6. Ability to effectively communicate to all levels internal and external.
7. Ability to effectively negotiate.
8. Ability to deliver required results with high levels of customer satisfaction, both internal and external.
9. Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and be able to travel 30-40%.
