Installation Manager - Patio Rooms

Champion Window Company is nationally the #1 manufacturer and installer of windows, entry doors and patio rooms in the home improvement industry! The Augusta location is seeking an agressive, skilled manager to contribute to it's strong growth!
As Manager, you will supervise all aspects of the installation of every patio room.
Oversee installation crews and ensure installation meets company standards
Work with Divisional Manager to meet priorities and goals
Produce a timely and thorough installation process
Comply with all local, state and federal laws
Conduct business to the highest ethical standard
Pocess ability to re-prioritize workflow on a daily basis
Interact and follow-up on any customer issues
Complete final review with customer and obtain completion paperwork
Maintain a safe and clean work environment on and off site

REQUIREMENTS
Understanding of home improvement process
Experience in contruction, installation of replacement windows and patio rooms
Reliability and a good driving record
Ability to communicate effectively
Desire to achieve success through leading and supervising
