Installation Manager
Champion Window Mfg. Co., is the number one manufacturer and installer of vinyl replacement windows, patio rooms, entry doors, and vinyl siding in the home improvement industry. We are continuing to expand our operations (we have 57 locations currently) and are seeking aggressive, skilled managers to contribute to our strong growth.
As Installation Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our Installation and Service Department.
Responsibilities
*Oversee installation crews and ensure that products are installed to company standards
*Work with Division Manager to ensure goals are prioritized and met
*Supervise, train, and develop crews
*Ensure timely and thorough installation of ready product
*Follow-up on customer issues and be sure any open concerns are addressed in a timely manner
*Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws
*Ensure business is conducted to the highest ethical standards
*Ability to adjust and re-prioritize workflow on a daily basis
*Complete necessary paperwork and turn in promptly
*Visit installation sites and interact with crews and customers
*Ensure lead installers are completing final review of completed work with customer, completing any open items, and obtaining signed project completion form
*Maintain a safe and clean working environment by insuring that installation crews are complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
*Understanding of the home improvement business
*Experience installing and servicing windows, doors, siding, and/or patio rooms
*100% Reliability and good driving record
*Ability to work in customer’s homes and communicate effectively
*Desire to see that each and every job is completed correctly with an attention to detail
*Ability to lead and supervise
*Phone and in-person customer service skills
