Installation Crew Leader

Works as independent installation specialists under contract with GTI. Crew leader installs composite material as designed to fit customer's installation needs. Follow technical and written instructions as developed by GTI site planning. Follows GTI corporate construction and/or fabrication standards as outlined by local office quality person. Follows good construction practies with regards to methods utilized and treatment of customers. Communicates effectively with installation dispatch function. Follows documentation protocols when when installation deviates from plan. Coordinates with GTI installation with respect to availability and use of supplies, component fabricated materials and use of third party specialist such as plumbers, plasterers, dry wall people and electricians.
REQUIREMENTS
-Trained and proven skills in GTI construction installation techniques.
-Working knowledge of plumbing, home electrical and kitchen/bathroom finishing.
-Works effectively with limited supervision.
