Founded in 1978, we are an industrial and commercial electrical contractor based in the eastern San Francisco bay area. Hayward Electric has extensive experience in the following areas: Petrochemical, Pipeline, Food Processing, Bio-medical, and High Tech industries, as well as light industrial and general commercial construction.

Electrician Compensation

Hayward Electric structures our pay scale based on a tiered classification system of individual training, safety, and merit rather than a collective bargaining agreement, so we can provide a very competitive wage and benefits package, as well as competitive bids to our customers.
