In house and Field Service Techs

Purpose: We are looking for two individuals to perform technical servicing of electronic key card equipment. One is an In house technician, the other is a Field Service technician. Individuals must have excellent technical skills (electro/mechanical)


-unpack, install and setup product at customer site. Products include: PCs, application software, digital cameras, digital color plastic card printers, and plastic card embossers.
--provide detailed operator training on use of the system: configuration, database setup and links, changing supplies in printer, designing card formats, navigating the software.
--perform preventative maintenance of hardware (

--perform emergency maintenance of system. Repair card jams, transport problems, poor image quality, system crashes, application software problems, database link issues, communications issues with host/network.


The In House technician will be servicing machines and equipment at their Eden Prairie location. Training will be provided and formal classes will be administered.

13-17 Hour
