REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-year general maintenance experience. HVAC experience preferred. Certifications: EPA-2 required, CPO a plus. Knowledge repairing/maintaining electrical systems, household appliances, water heaters, plumbing and pools, preferred. PLUS qualify to receive 20% off the base rent of a 2 bed/2 bath apartment while living at a Concord Management property.
