HVAC Service Tech

Purpose: Excellent opportunity for an EPA or HVAC Authorizations Representative.

This position will receive inbound calls from service providers (authorized
contractor/repairmen) as well as homeowners.

The role of the Authorizer is to evaluate the claim using company guidelines and determine the appropriate claim decision and dollar amount of each given repair.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years technical trade experience servicing HVAC, Plumbing, electrical or appliances.

Strong oral and written skills, good Customer Service skills, HS degree, very basic MS Windows experience, able to work in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will have prior skilled trade experience and looking to make the transition from the field to an office environment.

The call center is open 24/7 and applicants are expected to work weekends (will get two days off per week), and work from the hours of Noon midnight.

Company also offers 4, 10 hour day schedules as well. Bilingual is preferred but definitely not required.

This position pays $14.00 to $17.00 per hour to start, depending on interview and experience.
