REQUIREMENTS
-Outside techs must have minimum of 1-year furniture service and repair experience in casegoods, leather, and upholstery.
-Inside techs must have minimum of 1-year furniture service and repair experience in at least one of the following: casegoods, leather, and upholstery. Will train in respect to the other requirements.-Valid drivers license required for outside positions to travel for in-home repairs
-Knowledge of furniture repair of leather, upholstery, and casegoods; mechanical tools-Excellent communicator with both internal and external contacts-Good problem solving/customer relations skills-Excellent follow-through skills-Effective in coordinating multiple projects concurrently-Demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and repair furniture-Lift, push or pull 100 lbs-Use required power and hand tools-Strong initiative-Effective time management
