Field Support Technician

The Field Support Technician is responsible for the delivery, pickup and installation of PCs to local and remote locations. We have supported clients such as Microsoft and the Democratic and Republican national conventions. Technicians may travel to these and many other conventions or conferences anywhere in the US, but most travel will be within the city and surrounding areas.

In most cases, technicians stay on site to maintain the equipment. Some workdays will require long hours. Other job responsibilities include: system troubleshooting, equipment disassembly and configuration, equipment refurbishment and cleaning, trade show installation and support.

Requirements:Customer service experienceExcited about traveling up to 50%At least 21 years of agePossess a valid driver’s license with no more than 3 moving violations and no alcohol violationsWilling to earn a class B license (6 wheels) at our expenseBasic PC skills/knowledgeExcellent communication skillsAble to lift 30-40 lbsA+ certification or equivalent is preferred
