A successful Field Service Technician at DATAMAX is able to incorporate exceptional customer service, mechanical skill, and basic electronics knowledge to care for DATAMAX's growing customer base.

Field Service Technicians spend their days visiting DATAMAX customer sites to repair and maintain Canon, Kyocera, and/or HP Systems (Multifunctional Copiers, Printers, and Facsimile Equipment). In addition to assisting with the equipment needs of our customers, it is the responsibility of DATAMAX Field Service Technicians to effectively communicate with customers about technical and non-technical information regarding their Canon Systems.

REQUIREMENTS
