Field Service Technician & Alarm Installer

BEC, Inc. is an electrical specialty contractor that sells, installs, and services fire alarm, access, security, and CCTV systems for commercial buildings and facilities.


We have the following two positions available:

Field Service Technician -
The position responds to service requests, diagnoses system malfunctions of fire alarm and security systems, and adjusts, repairs, or replaces equipment. Conducts periodic service on all fire systems as required by customers.

Coordinates with service dispatcher to assure all equipment in the alarm system is in proper operating order. Maintains accurate records of all work performed, material used, and the nature and course of any problem encountered or identified with the alarm system. Performs classroom and job-site instruction on service techniques and procedures on simple and complex systems and devices. Salary DOE.

Alarm & Security Installer -
We are currently seeking highly self-motivated individuals to assist with installation of fire and security systems. The ideal candidates, at minimum, would have at least 6 months of experience in low voltage electrical, pulling wire, and be able to understand basic electronics (ie. wiring devices). Salary DOE.
