Job Description:

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for planning their schedule and managing assigned accounts. These responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventive maintenance on all major Bayer Diagnostics Systems. Additionally, the incumbent must posses excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide on site customer training. The incumbent is responsible for timely and effective repairs to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. Incumbent must be computer literate and able to utilize computer based tools for reports, e-mails and general communications. Incumbent is also responsible for managing the financial performance in their territory, this being meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory control.
REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

1 year Experience with electronics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Excellent verbal and written skills. The ability to think and behave in a logical and methodical way.

Will accept candidates with an Associates Degree and 3+ years experience as a field service engineer.
