Field Operations Technician - Installation

We are currently seeking a Field Operations Technician II - Installation for our Seattle location.

Our Network Administrator position involves:
•Programming, installing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment and/or services at customer’s location (60 percent)
•Collecting and stocking van with necessary parts (20 percent)
•Developing personal knowledge/skills necessary to perform required work (10 percent)
•Coordinating customers’ requests with appropriate company personnel (10 percent)Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•Skill in operating and maintaining various telephone testing, installation, and repair equipment
•Skilled at reading and interpreting technical instructions as applicable to job duties
•Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education, Experience, and Essential Requirements
•High School with Trade/Vocational Tech or 2 year degree
•Two to four years experience as Telecommunications Installation/Repair Technician
•The ability to adapt to a rapidly growing and constantly changing industry and work environment is essential
•Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record for the past seven years
