FOOD MANUFACTURING & MAINTENANCE POSITIONS!!!!

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Manager all maintenance for multi-food processing operation. Direct maintenance crafts, upgrade PM system, and handle all new equipment installations.
FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Responsible for installation & repair of packaging machinery, deals with customer questions, troubleshoots customer problems both on site and over phone, and responsible for training xlients in machinery operations at plant locations.
WORKING MAINTENANCE LEADER
Accountable for all aspects of maintenance in 24/7 operation. Responsible for equipment reliability and directing 15 all crafts for expanding multi=plant processing operation.

PRODUCTION CONTROL PLANNER/SCHEDULER
Responsible for making and distribution of all production schedules for entire plant. Also all issues relating to inventory, shipping, and accuracy or orders, and on time deliveries.

PLANT ENGINEER
Direct all new installations of machinery and deal with vendors, contractors, etc. Also direct all maintenance operations and set-up PM program for this expanding company.

ASSISTANT TO MATERIALS MANAGER
Assist in Running raw materials management system. Will look at orders received and determine what raw materials/packaging are needed to provide orders in house. Interface with purchasing. Also anaylse sales forcast for levels to be kept in inventory.

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Direct chain management programs related to the efficient operation of materials/logistics department direct surpervirors and oversee (2) facilities.

QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGERS (2)
Overall leadership of all quality assurance issues, solutions, and improvements (GMP’s, HACCP, SPC, etc.).

FOOD LABORATORY TECHNICIAN
Assist overall manager in product development, process improvement, and micro-testing of all newly manufactured products.

PACKAGING MACHINERY MECHANICS (4)
Ability to repair, install, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot high-speed packaging equipment.

ELECTRICIANS (3)
To perform industrial machinery troubleshooting.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Responsible for all plant equipment which includes processing and packaging, foiling, labeling, and support machinery. Will upgrade existing PM program and deal with vendors.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISORS (3)
Responsible for all activities of production employees in processing, mixing, packaging, and filling operations.

ASSISTANT PLANT MANAGER
Direct supervisors, oversee production, packaging, sanitation and warehouse operations, and deal with vendors, regulatory agencies for this expanding company.

QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN
Assist quality manager, perform quality checks with in process and final products, temperature and weight control, scale monitoring, sanitation cleanliness tracking using idexx swabbing and perform various HACCP tasks.
