Equipment Coordinator

Nortrax, a leading distributor of John Deere heavy construction eqiopment is looking for an Equipment Coordinator for our Orlando, Florida facility.

The duties of the job include the following:
Arrange transportation for all equipment
Arrange for attachments needed for machines
Orders attachments that are not ordered at regional (special ordered items)
Make sure proper attachments are charged to the machine
Make sure units are cleaned & released from service before going out
Write purchase orders for transport bills and match to bills
Coordinate with service ensuring the most critical machines are repaired first
Assist salesman (running detail costs, looking into work orders, etc.)
Prepare rental request forms on all units (demo’s, sales, loaners, rentals, etc.)
NTO jobs that are merchant authorized
Check the branch inventory against the status to make sure all equipment is accounted for
Updates JDIS with inventory status
Prepare and forward to the Regional Office & Equipment Savers the “Daily Activity Log”
Prepare and forward to the Regional Office “Move Tickets”
Prepare and forward “Equipment Transfer Requests”
Take attachments to customers when needed
Assists DSM where needed
Responds to Demo/Loaner report from the Regional Office
Orders all brochures & spec sheets
Ensures rental machines come in and go out with fuel with full tank
Schedule/coordinate used equipment evaluations
Sale of light equipment.
Demo’s light equipment
Inventory of yard on 15th and 30th.
