Enterprise Application Specialist

This position is responsible to the Director of Enterprise Software Implementation for the remote installation and implementation of Metavante Image Solutions propriety software products. Duties will also include onsite installation and configuration of Microsoft SQL Server, onsite database configuration as well as customer training on SQL Server and Metavante Image Solutions client/server software. Other duties to include occasional Call Center staffing supporting the Enterprise Software Suite. The Enterprise Application Specialist position will be an in-house / on the road position requiring extensive (65% - 80%) travel. Occaisional weekend work will be required as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
Collaboration with Enterprise Team Leaders to facilitate information gathering and planning for customer installations.
Responsible for onsite software installations and training.
Responsible for assisting in the debugging and recreating Enterprise software issues.
Other duties as assigned by management staff.Experience- 1 yr. professional Microsoft SQL Server experience (Microsoft certification is a plus)
